By accessing and using Rooted Coaching services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Services Provided
Rooted Coaching services include, but are not limited to, one-on-one coaching sessions and both single day and multiday retreats. These services are intended to help clients achieve personal goals.

3. No Guarantees
We make no guarantees regarding the outcomes or results of our coaching services. Success is highly correlated with a variety of factors, including client motivation, commitment, effort, and personal circumstances.
4. Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except as required by law or as needed to protect the safety of individuals.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for Rooted Coaching services is due prior to the commencement of services. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and electronic transfers. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific program agreement.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule Rooted Coaching sessions with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 for one hour session or $80 for single day retreat.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the coaching services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during coaching sessions, including written content, worksheets, and online resources, are the intellectual property of the coach. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms of Use on our website. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
